Employee Assistance Programs: Happy = Productive

Many of life’s problems can grow into major issues that can disrupt employees’ lives and their ability to function at work, at home, and in their personal relationships.

When employees suffer with situations or conditions that they feel are beyond their control, they too often hesitate to reach out — because they don’t know how, or where, to turn. MHNet offers the confidential support and direction your employees need without a cost or accessibility barrier.

Day or night, every day of the year, MHNet's EAP is available through a toll-free phone number to help your employees find or regain the balance, the wellness, and the well-being that allows them to function at their best.

Issues and concerns receive prompt, courteous attention from our Master’s-level counselors. These trained professionals will listen to your employees and help them decide on what services would be most helpful and appropriate.
